Nothing- all very typical questions. She called me back immediately and said the owner wanted to meet for further interview and we set a time. In the meantime she also called my references. A few days later, I got a form email saying I've not been chosen for the position and the interview is cancelled. Very strange and unprofessional process that would be better served to not set interviews if not a serious process so as not to waste so much time!
