The interview process went smoothly until I asked what their Medical Benefits looked liked. They don't offer any discounted group healthcare plan for their employees. This company would rather turn their backs on their employees' healthcare needs than invest in their employees.

The hotel I was interviewing for had opened over six months earlier, but I was interviewing for the General Manager position. I asked how long this position was held vacant. Six months after opening, they are looking for their first General Manager. This tells me how CHEAP this company is. The standard in the industry is to hire your General Manager before you open the front doors.
