Three series of interviews. First, there was the phone screening with the Lead Programming Analyst, who was the head of the Web Development team. Then there was an in-person interview with the Lead Programming Analyst which lead into two more interviews. The second interview in this full day series was with the Lead Programming Analyst team where they ask. you questions relating to your resume. Lastly, you meet with the Director of IT to discuss your role, expectations back and forth, to get an understanding of your fitting into the company and department.
