It is a waste of time. This organization posts ghost jobs only to get job market data and justify internal positions becuse they never hired anyone for this position and I saw the same thing happened to another manager position last year. The process was very slow, it took around 4 months. First, HR interview, then a short interview with the hiring manager. Finally, a panel interview on site in the Amsterdam Office followed by an interview with the hiring manager and a future colleague.
