Over the phone with head hunter. Was asked about experience with specific software suites and hardware. The US Army software most desired was TEWLS and experience with servers. Was asked to email experience based on a list that was emailed to me. I didn't have any of the specified experience but was offered the position. Turned out server experience wasn't needed at all. The software was 9 days OJT by outgoing team.
