A colleague of mine worked in the international office over the summer. She recommended me for the position. All I did was send my cover letter and resume over and was quickly invited to come in for an in person interview. During the interview we briefly went over resume and I offered the position on the spot. I have been working there two months and love the organization, the chance to go to the UN, and the change to write memo and plan events.

They conducted two interviews -- one phone screening and another with the managers of the team. For me there were three managers for the second interview but they were all very nice the interview was very conversational.
Three round process- 1 round with HR and 2 rounds with the actual team. Detailed responses are expected, and they have a very specific format to answering their interview questions (so watch the video the HR staffer sends)— diverse interview staff that creates a welcoming and calm process!

This position required three rounds of interviews, all were about one hour long. The first interview was with the HR, and the two other interviews were with the team and team lead.
