Asked to attend the interview on one day's notice as the recruiting manager was "very keen" but was going on holiday the following day.
Despite asking for 5+ years of relevant project management experience there was no one in the interview, apart from me, who had more than one year's experience.
The recruiting manager seemed most concerned about whether or not I would fit in with the team's after hours golfing culture.
No one from HR was involved at any stage.
Was told that I would that I would get get a response after the recruiting manager returned from holiday but never heard another thing despite trying to contact.
Shockingly bad for a global company.

I had a quick phone interview. the representative was friendly, and well informed. the follow up process seems to take a while which is difficult to project other job offers or interviews.
