HR will contact over phone from their short listed CV and based on the information HR receives from the candidate the CV goes to technical team. Technical team further short list. Technical team may again call the candidate while short listing and conduct a telephonic interview. With short listed CV personal interview (or VC sometimes) is arranged by HR. Salary part is dealt separately by HR after the interview by technical team.
