Grueling interview for a CONTRACT position. Basically interrogated with behavioral questions from 3 Accounting management members. I question why. These people are not trained or educated in psychology or HR. They’re ACCOUNTANTS. Very few questions related to the job. In addition, the job was for a Sr. Accountant person. It seems to me that they are avoiding to hire a full time person, for this role that is required in their organization, and for a role that is required to follow complete direction from ABB staff. I think that is illegal.
