Simple process. Initial CV and cover letter sent, followed by interview on background knowledge and questions around the role. Questions were on circularity, sustainability, energy consumption, renewables etc. Having technical knowledge of these helps but did not go into too much detail. Slide show was presented describing the role, questions were asked on the slides.
