Awful experience. After around 45 days of submitting my CV, a junior HR professional sent me an invitation directly to an interview, happening in 2 days, and already copying the management team, without even asking me if I was available or checking if I still was interested, but stating that was the day the management team had available. I replied mentioning I wasn’t available on that day, and suggested other possibilities within the next couple of weeks. The HR professional didn’t pay much attention to my email and I suppose she read it very fast, because she replied asking if I wasn’t available before the following month (!) saying that it would be too late. I pointed again the dates I was available and she rescheduled for 10 days after the original one. On the interview day, 1 hour before the scheduled, I receive a new invitation for another day, without any apologies, any information and again without checking if I would be available. I thought I had enough, because if a company treats candidates like this, it’s a sign their HR won’t have much focus on the people working for the company.

Invited to 'self-servicedd interview', a completely un-personalized, 100% digital experience. This was the initial approach without any other comms. The first step is an email with an invite to do the video interview. The interview is hosted in a platform from the company which gives time to practice before the questions. The practice questions range from 'describe yourself' to 'explain a challenge', but the interview questions are very complicated asking for real life cases, examples, statistics of previous experiences, with 120 seconds to prepare and 3 attemps to submit the answer. Once you start, you cannot re-do the process. I expected a more relaxed, 'get-to-know-me' type of interview which is what the invite outlined. I really do not enjoy this lack of human touch in interviews as a candidate.
