The process was like a standard interview. first there was an online interview, then we had a second interview by compagny. the interviewer were very professional. I was really confident after the meeting but unfortunately after 2 weeks i got a reply from ABB, that they found someone who fit the condition better than me.

Friendly and deeply interested in interpersonal skills as it seemed they liked my technical background well enough. Definitely the gold standard in professionalism and response time. Went through two rounds with some technical scenarios concerning system design.

The interview process was good and professional, but the company discriminates based on your nationality when hiring you, and they tell you this (kind of) semi-directly. The interview process went very well, but due to nationality, contrary to the previous agreement for the final interview, they not only did not conduct the interview but also did not respond to follow-up emails, which I found unprofessional and disrespectful
