A telephonic interview, where it took just 5 minutes to have a general presentation of my profile. Then an assessment day in which I (and other 15 candidates) had a personal interview and a group test. Then again, the technical interview with the managers I would have worked with afterwards. In this occasion, I had a quick round of the factory too.
