They have the hr lady, regional service manager and local service manager interview you. They ask very limited questions as they have made up their mind on if they hired you already by what hr has read on your resume. Hr is the one who ultimately decides who gets in and not any input from others unless it's an interal hire. No personal questions other than to pass the time.
