These may include explaining the responsibilities of a Scrum Master, handling conflicts between the Product Owner and the Development Team, facilitating sprint retrospectives, ensuring projects stay on track, and prioritizing the product backlog. Candidates may also be asked how they measure the success of a Scrum team and apply Agile principles effectively.

I had a quick phone interview. the representative was friendly, and well informed. the follow up process seems to take a while which is difficult to project other job offers or interviews.
