Interviewed with an internal recruiter first. She didn't ask very valid questions to know if I was truly capable to lead their marketing efforts. Asked very vague corporate culture questions. Also told me my answers were spot on... "incredible" ...but never got another interview. It really is a bad move to build a candidate up with no intention to follow up.

How do you instill corporate culture into the team you lead.
The interview is transparent. The hiring team is nice and professional. I had a good conversation. With a good company culture and nice employees. They has good compensation and benefits.

i had to write a CV and a cover letter, then i had to fill out some questions to complete the online sollicitation. Afterwards i had to wait a couple of days for a response
