I went through two rounds of interviews and completed a take-home assessment that was fairly straightforward for someone with experience in the field. After submitting the assignment, I never received any follow-up communication regarding next steps or even a status update. I reached out to the recruiter and still received no response. It’s disappointing that in today’s hiring environment, some companies seem to overlook the importance of basic communication and candidate respect, especially after asking applicants to invest significant time in interviews and assessments.
