Recruiter reached out to schedule a call and proceeded to move me forward to interview with the teams. I had two zoom interviews and then was tasked with a project. I completed the project early and was informed they would be making a decision within two weeks. Followed up again and I was told I would hear back in a few days. I never heard back from the recruiter after that and about a month later received a generic email thanking me for sending in my application for this position. I felt the overall experience was good except for the very end. I spent a lot of time interviewing and even doing a project that took quite some time and for the recruiter to never reach out to me explaining that I didn’t receive the position is very poor practice and very rude. We had a long chain of correspondence and felt I was owed at the very least a personal email explaining I was not offered the position.
