Screening tests by the recruiter will be just to know the candidate by asking questions based on the CV shared. Once the candidate pass the screening round hiring manager talks to the candidate to get an idea of suitability based on the candidate's strengths in the required field and aspirations. If that is cleared then the technical round interview will be conducted to assess detailed knowledge in the area of the role. HR will contact the candidate if all rounds are through.
