First round resume shortlisting. Second round technical round which includes questions from previous work experience and knowledge about the basic engineering concepts. Third round will have aptitude and reasoning, final round is hr round

I submitted resume, got a call back after 3 weeks. Started off with a HR call, followed by 3 onsite interviews. Process was very smooth and efficient. Onsite interviews were standard questions on what I am currently doing, strengths and weaknesses, what am i looking for in my role
