Quick. Slightly unprofessional. There was a quite intrusive employee vaping right outside the interview room, which was all glass. The interviewer had a toothpick in his mouth the entire time.

It was very straightforward and done in two parts. The first part was very basic; the interviewer was reading off of a sheet and kept a great poker face. The second part was with the CEO himself and he was more animated. He broke down the job very clearly and let me know what I was signing up for (high volume of phone calls, fast pace, lots of information, etc)
