Initial brief, screening chat with recruiter. Pleasant experience. Next was a 1st round interview with hiring manager. Standard enough sales (and prospecting) interview questions. Then it's a sales skill test followed by another interview with the VP of Sales (I didn't get past 1st interview). Had thanked the recruiter and hiring manager via email post interview for the opportunity, however, I heard nothing in the next 3 weeks so the assumption was that they didn't want to retain my application. Always a shame when there isn't time or endeavour to follow up with enthusiastic candidates who had put the effort into applying for a role.
