They have a fast interview process with the demo to gauge whether you are fit for the job and you are well guided afterwards on next steps once you are hired.
The Interview is very quick, all you need to do is answer some test on their site once you passed it you will endorsed to initial interview/demo class then training phase after that the final demo class..

I was interviewed through video chat on Skype with another candidate as well. We were asked about our educational background. Then we were asked to teach a 10 minute lesson to the interviewer. The lesson was sent to me days in advance so I was able to review it before teaching it.
