I submitted my resume and received an offer for an interview within 48 hrs. the interview was professional with a relaxed feel to it. I appreciated the fact that there were key people that I would potentially be working under interviewing me and not just a hiring manager. they were very open and had input for me right away and after the interview I had communication from them within 2-3 business days. over all a great experience during the interview process.
