What is the difference between Agile and Waterfall?
Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un'agenzia di reclutamento personale. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso ABIM (Philadelphia, PA) nel mese di feb 2017
Colloquio
1. I was introduced to the opportunity through a third-party recruiter who was very personable, understood my qualifications and fit for the position, and was able to answer all of my questions about ABIM and the role with authority.
2. The recruiter put me in touch with a ABIM administrator who took care of my interview logistics and scheduling with ease and expertise. Now I just had to show up to the interview prepared and on-time.
3. My appearance was expected and the individual who scheduled my interview was the same person who greeted me, she was very welcoming and professional. I waited about 5 minutes before walking into a conference room with the hiring manager for the interview.
4. The first interview was with the hiring manager where we went in-depth into my experience and the demands of the role. After the hour or so together I was left with a very positive impression and understanding of ABIM’s mission, culture, and strategy.
5. My next interview was with one of ABIM’s executive leaders. After quick introductions, we jumped right into a Q&A exchange that reinforced the positive impression left by the hiring manager and helped me understand the future trajectory of the organization.
6. I then connected with an HR manager who walked me through the ABIM handbook of benefits, which are quite stellar. She also took the time to get to know me and answered all of my questions regarding the benefits package.
7. I left the ABIM offices with affirmed understanding that the company knew my skills and qualifications, as well as how I could contribute above and beyond the requirements of the role. Most importantly I felt that I had a strong understanding of what my day to day would look like.
