The structure of the interviews were quite standard. I had two interviews half an hour each. First interview with account managers and second interview right after that with the head of the department. The focus of the interviews was more about personal fit and motivations.

- What do you think about this topic in this sector (mainly because I mentioned something about the sector before that and they wanted to hear my thought about it)
Firstly numerical, quantitative test, followed by one motivation and one technical interview, each of 30 minutes. Rather easy, focus on motivation and why NL. Typical technical questions. Nice atmosphere. Quick decision about the employment.

Ik had een relaxt gesprek over mijn motivatie en technische vaardigheden. De sfeer was goed, open en vriendelijk, waardoor ik mij op mijn gemak voelde tijdens het hele gesprek.

you are going to have two interviews one after the other one. each one with two different members or the team. One covers your motivation for the internship. the other one covers your technical skills. each interview is 45 minutes
