3 gesprekssessies. De eerste met verschillende hoofden in IT en HR. De tweede met het senior management. De laatste met opnieuw HR en met een senior executive. Het hele proces nam 3 maanden in beslag. Alle sessies waren in het Engels. HR trok enkele referenties na.
