De procedure bestaat uit Online assessment, en twee gespreksrondes. De eerste ronde is op kantoor, tweede ronde online. Het zijn prettige gesprekken en professionele sfeer. Er was ook veel ruimte voor vragen. Komen binnen een aantal dagen terug met een conclusie

Fairly straightforward interview process. Ideal to know current market trends and express why you are interested in oil & gas. Overall, interviewers were straightforward with minimal technical questions. I believe the selection process is more oriented towards culture fit.

Colloquio
Received a call from recruiter, and was being considered for two positions. What followed was two separate phone screens, followed by two separate interviews. I thought the interviews went well, the managers had good experience and were smart.
HR on the other hand, was very unresponsive following the interview. No follow up, no email saying they are considering other candidates, nothing. This was a month after the interview.
