Twee gesprekken van een uur, waarvan de eerste verkennend en de tweede meer competentie-gericht. Het eerste gesprek was met de hiring manager en het tweede met twee senior specialisten die doorvroegen over mijn kwaliteiten.
Phone interview with recruiter followed by interview with PO & senior Bus Developer and then virtual calls with the entire team.
Overall it was a nice process, everyone was friendly and it moved pretty fast. To be fair they really needed extra help so that might have sped up the process.
