After my CV and a cover letter I got an invitation for two interviews with two employees each. They took about 45 minutes each. Sitting opposite two experienced people is somewhat intimidating but it was quite friendly. A combination of "who are you", motivation and technical questions ensued, with a couple of minutes to ask them questions.

Firstly numerical, quantitative test, followed by one motivation and one technical interview, each of 30 minutes. Rather easy, focus on motivation and why NL. Typical technical questions. Nice atmosphere. Quick decision about the employment.

you are going to have two interviews one after the other one. each one with two different members or the team. One covers your motivation for the internship. the other one covers your technical skills. each interview is 45 minutes
