The interview process was the fastest which I’ve ever passed! After each step maximum in 30 minutes, I got the feedback from the recruiter manager on the phone. She was very professional and responsible! The whole interview steps were like this: 1. Phone screening with recruiter manager - 30 minutes. 2. General interview with team lead and engineering lead - 30 minutes. 3. Tech interview with team lead - 60 minutes. 4. Company’s culture information with recruiter manager - 30 minutes. 5. Final interview with CTO - 30 minutes. The process from the first call to offer took 1 week and 2 weeks after the offer, I got my contract by HR.
