Prior to the interview there was a conversation to gather information almost like a pre-interview type process. The interview was very solid, and very well thought out, and very pleasant. There was no feeling of intimidation or nervousness. Everything was very straight forward, very clearly laid out and thoroughly explained as far as job duties, expectations, and goals/vision. Everything flowed very smoothly and seamlessly. It was also clearly defined that there would be advancement opportunities that were performance based. There was a very clear understanding of everything the company was looking for in its employees based on how the interview was conducted.
