Interview process was not hard at all. At first I received a call and the lady spoke a little bit about the company and if I have ever had experience working with children with autism or kids in general. From there we scheduled my interview and it went by really smoothly.

-Was asked different scenarios and how I would handle certain situations with the client and parent(s).
-Show three ways on how you would entertain the client with the three objects given (cup, ball and toy car).
They will ask you questions such as what is your greatest strengths and weaknesses, if you worked with kids before, and how would you respond to difficult situations. Just study your common interview questions and you are set.

Panel interview on video call with other applicants. Case study and behavioral questions. “If you were given 3 items, how would you use these objects to play games with kiddos?” Interview was easy, if you move forward you’d start training modules from home first before they put you out on the field.

The interview process was short. There was a phone interview followed by a zoom interview. They asked general and in depth questions about my past experiences. I wish they would’ve been a little more clear and honest on their requirements but they say it differs for every office.
