First Interview (HR or Hiring Manager): The recruiter or HR team reviewed my CV and ask me some basic questions about my background & experience. HR team asked me these question
“How did you increase sales in your outlet?”
“How do you motivate and manage your team?”
“Can you describe a time you solved a difficult customer issue?”
