ACOFP outsources their HR and shortly after I applied, I received an email from HR requesting a phone screen. (I got notified the same day, but I also had a connection inside the company.) The phone screen went smoothly and HR was very professional and did not ask any strange questions. I moved very quickly to the second round of interviews. Despite COVID-19 , the second round of interviews was held on-site. (HR did ask if I was comfortable with that). I met with the hiring manager alone and then met with her team. The interview was around one hour in total. Everyone was professional and for an interview, it was a pleasant experience.
