After resume shortlist, HR explained about the role and company. Interview is scheduled in the following week. Total - 2 interviews. One with hiring manager and the other with Head of Department. Interview was conducted over video conference. It was one on one discussion with the hiring manager.

The questions were behavioural questions about the work with many followup questions.
Initially, a consultant reached out. Then there were 3 rounds of interview with the organization-
Round 1- hiring manager
Round 2-L2 manager
Round 3- HR
Then offer rollout.
Discussions were largely around past work experience.
