the interview was more like an orientation. they explain the job then you either accept or decline then do a drug test if you accept then you start the following week or sooner.

I applied more than once, finally got an interview and it went well. Didn't take long to be told I got the job. They were hiring several people at the time. Not everyone made the cut for clearances.
