First short introduction, then programming tests + English, then short conversation in English and a few questions related mainly to my CV & experience, later an interview with a technical person - group manager, based on the tests and at the end invitation for next try in a couple of years... A pity! But in general nice, no stress. OK, I was stressed anyway, but tests were difficult.
