I was contacted by a recruiter over the phone as initial screening. This person told me that I had to pass their first interview with 2 people. Then, they will introduce me to the organization. After 1 week, I received the confirmation about the interview at their facility. I got my first panel interview with three people at their plant. 2 weeks later, I had another panel interview with 6 people. I had to wait for 3 additional weeks to receive the information that they will not give me an offer for this position.

It took several months, after all good feedbacks with the recruiting company, it was phone and in-person interview. They did a panel interview. After all the process, they made the decision of moving with other candidate.
