Interview itself was very basic. Asked about previous experience, hobbies, and ambitions. Felt more like a conversation than an interview. Overall not a bad interview process, however, hiring manager does not have the guts to reject candidates to their face. Get to the end of the second interview -- they began discussing starting pay, starting date, etc, and finished with a verbal job offer "we're going to get you hired on, we just have to contact X and get it through". I then receive a rejection email a few days later. Scummy, disrespectful, and unprofessional way to reject a candidate. Just gross.
