Three stage process. First a informal interview with team managers, some competency based questions. Second stage with Rec director, a little more competency based questions but really to double check first Third meeting with team to check cultural fit.

Thorough interview process. Quite slow in comparison to other companies. Good to meet all of the team which helped me to decide that it was the right company for me. There was quite a wait in between each of the stages.
