I was lucky enough to have a career advisor who reached out to their HR or a recruiter after I applied, to help expidite my application, which led to a phone screening with the recruiter. The next step was to interview with two more people, one was a manager of one of the rotational programs and the other is in early professional development. This interview took place early the next week after the phone screening. I didn't hear back for probably a week and a half, after I sent a follow-up message to HR.
