I got picked at a super day and then had a phone interview with several traders. They mostly asked questions about my personality and hand full of technical questions. They were fairly friendly and it wasn't awful. I do recommend you set aside some time for it because my interview took two hours. Besides that it was one of the easiest interviews I've ever had.
