I got an on-site interview from a career fair at a conference. There were 2 interviewers. It was very simple and straight forward. They asked a mix of behavioral and situational questions.

Fairly straightforward. I spoke to them on a Monday and I got interview next day. They mostly asked behavioral questions and they were not difficult. I got an offer 2 weeks later.

Met with a college recruiter at the college career fair, was called that evening to set up an in person next day interview. I met with the same recruiter for a half hour interview. Then I received a call about a week later in which they gave me an offer.
