There wasn’t any interview process. Went through a temp agency. I was placed there because of my experience in grain. They seen my resume and called my recruiter with high hopes of me being a great fit in their work environment. So many broken promises. Instead of utilizing my skills, I was left sweeping grain all day. Big disappointment.

Colloquio
Met with a recruiter at a career fair and talked for about 10 min. We talked about where I was from, what I did for fun, and my agricultural background. We set an interview for the next day and talked about the opportunities in the area for me and what I saw myself doing within the company. Next I was sent to the ADM-Benson Quin headquarters in Minneapolis and had lunch and toured the office. I met with the president and a few VP's and talked about the same things I talked about with the recruiter. I got a call about two days later with an offer and I accepted.
