Two or three weeks after submitting my application, I had a phone interview. The phone interview led to two face to face interviews: one with the head of the department accompanied by what seemed like an assistant manager, and another with an HR representative. When I arrived for the interview, I was escorted by an employee to an elevator and guided to a conference room; where I waited for several minutes. The first interview were mostly scenario based questions. These questions were read directly from a worksheet. The second interview (HR) was much more straight forward; with questions regarding personal accomplishments and goals.
