So far I have gone through the 1st process of the interview and was called back for a second interview. The first interview was extremely relaxed, and they basically wanted to know why I was interested in the company and really wanted to get to know a little bit more about me. By giving them the qualities I had and job experience which related so well to their company, I think I was able to score the second interview.

Interview was fairly easy. I had two rounds with two people in each interview session. The recruiter dropped the ball when it came to the next steps after the offer letter was accepted regarding their orientation process.
