Interviewed with several supervisors, employees and managers to a point where I ended up interviewing with about half of the department. I found out after accepting the position that the interviews are then discussed among and the interviewers (which makes sense), but that the topics grow particularly petty and I was disappointed at how much of my interview became common knowledge among the associates. I did not feel it was a respectful interviewing practice or that all the interviewers respected confidentiality. I am disappointed in the process.

I first did a recorded interview, where I was asked more structured interview questions. And then after that I met with a current accountant and was asked more situational questions and questions about myself and work ethic.

Very casual interview process with two different individuals. They do not reach out with the results however. I was never told I did not get the job. They were nice people.

Phone interview with researcher. Some information about the company, questions about former experience. Not many details about the job position. After candidate's profile is approved by the hiring manager, interview with HR and hiring manager.
