Phone interview followed by two in person interviews. Both interviews consisted of same questions. Except for ability to lift 45lbs, 50 lbs, and finally could I lift 55lbs continuously for 8 hours. If I am lifting 55 lbs per shift for 8 hours who is cleaning? The other question was could I work 12 straight days with two days off continuously also understanding if a person missed 4 days in a calendar year they would be terminated. I did read the company reviews and they sounded accurate to what I experienced during my interviews.
The most interesting situation I encountered was boxes could not be found for production. It was early in the 2nd shift. Boxes seem to be important in production but none could be found. Boxes were found. Not too many and in plain site. The job reviews seem to match what I experienced. I read the reviews after I interviewed. I think I dodged a bullet there.
