I underwent 2 interviews. One was with the recruiter on the phone. The next round was with a member of the sales team via zoom. The call with the recruiter was introductory and casual. The team member entailed interview questions like strength/weakness and elaborating on professional experience.
Very easy and down to earth. They treat you with respect and work with you during the process. I had 2 total interviews and they were both online. ADP is looking for young and inspiring people to join their culture.

Interview process was 2 rounds, behavioral and technical, the process was really simple and easy to understand what they were asking, associates cared about what I had to say and also had a lot to say about their job as well.
